Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tools Pack (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About the Service

Tools Pack provides browser‑based utilities and file converters. Where technically feasible, processing occurs on your device (client‑side). Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

User Responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security measures.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or engage in abusive automated access.
• Do not upload or distribute harmful content, malware, or illegal material.
• Verify all outputs independently. You are solely responsible for your use of results.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including content, branding, and user interface elements, is owned by Tools Pack or its licensors. Open‑source components remain under their respective licenses.

No Warranty (As‑Is)

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT/TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Viruses and Security

We do not guarantee that files or content are free of viruses or other harmful components. You are solely responsible for protecting your devices and data. Scan downloads and use appropriate security measures.

Accuracy of Results

Tool outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You must verify all results and accept full responsibility for their use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLS PACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DEVICE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LOWEST AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tools Pack harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Third‑Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, error tracking). We are not responsible for third‑party content or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected abuse or violations of these Terms.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at toolspack@proton.me and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of our receipt of your notice, either party may commence formal proceedings. This section does not prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive relief where necessary to protect rights.

Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in Ukraine shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer, you may be entitled by mandatory law to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile, and nothing in these Terms limits that right.

Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
